Forgive the indulgence, but I wanted throw this out there.  I LOVE Roller Coasters.  LOVE THEM.  I love all kinds but wooden coasters are my favorite.  Oh steel coasters are very good, and the loops, speed and heights allowed by a steel coaster are fantastic.  There's just a quality to a well built wooden roller coaster that can't be met on a steel ride.

My wife hates them, which is fine.  She would always watch the kids when I went on.  Now my daughter is tall enough to go on, and she will go on many with me.  My son is a daredevil, and I'm sure in a few years my poor wife will stand alone while the three of us go in line for our coaster rides while she stands alone waiting at the exit.  Maybe (but probably not) she'll finally come with us.  She used to like them, who knows why she doesn't now.
